Frequently Asked Questions about Top Gun Teamwork

We give people online courseware in advance of the formal course that contains roughly 6 hours of content. The real learning is in the coaching phase, which currently lasts 12 weeks.
Each session lasts 90 minutes and is conducted via Zoom.
What we’re teaching you is how to optimize your time and make the most of your work. In a very short time, you’ll realize the benefits of the course by applying what you’re learning to your everyday work.
Anyone at any level of the organization who wants to improve their leadership.
As soon as you start to apply what we teach. And that can happen even before the group coaching sessions start.
Generally, no—a seat is purchased for a specific Cohort, and that seat isn’t transferable. That said, we have made occasional exceptions to this rule.
Everything from “This is the best course I’ve taken in all of my professional life!” to “I’ve already achieved a 10x return on my investment, and I’m not even done with the course yet!”

Generally 30 or less. We try to keep the Cohort size relatively small to make learning more accessible to everyone.
Pass / fail only, and that only applies for those who choose to try to earn the “Top Gun Teamwork Certified Facilitator” credential.

The instructors reserve the right to award a “Top Gun” award to the top student in each Cohort.
